Trouble with Hyperlinks window/panel.

i set cs6 , trying set windows. opened hyperlinks , adjusting cross-references part (trying push down) , seemed "snap" top of hyperlinks window. can't drag down , can't see hyperlinks anymore "cross-references". please help!
