Thread: Need help using MD5SUM, please.

i want check .iso file of 10.04.2 , started reading here:-

in here states:-

first open terminal , go correct directory check downloaded iso file:

cd download_directory

got:-

qwer@qwer-p9852a-aba-753n:~$ cd download_directory
bash: cd: download_directory: no such file or directory
qwer@qwer-p9852a-aba-753n:~$

then, since file in downloads, tried:-

cd downloads

, got this:-

qwer@qwer-p9852a-aba-753n:~$ cd download_directory
bash: cd: download_directory: no such file or directory
qwer@qwer-p9852a-aba-753n:~$

appreciate if tell me i'm doing wrong.

there download_dir given general understanding
means there need give name of directory had download file or
check in dir u had download , go on
