i ask template template monster.com ( http://www.template monster.com/demo/40030.html ) have working joomla, grab informations like:

a. image gallery grid effect nice animations else. possible joomla module? template? seem similar? not grid 3 modules wide 1 one?

b. happy finding similar template litely customize it.

c. last important - text animations - these transitions not flash effect - tempolate written without flash.

please tell me did seen of similar solutions joomla. gratefull help. m looking alone, i'm posting message here ask based on big experience.
