hi
when creating sub-menu item url page is:
www.website.com/parent-item/sub-menu-item
is there way hide parent url 'parent item' url?
i not want redirect through httaccess, , following solution (found in old tread) not work (as sub menu items not show on redirected page if use menu alias items) :
(a) create new menu (not menu item)
(b) in new menu created create menu item book1
(c) edit menu item book1 in existing menu (e.g., main menu) , change menu item menu alias , point menu item created in step (b)
hope you've got solution this.
best regards
lasse

create hidden menu, , move sub-menu item hidden menu. then, create alias under parent-item - linked sub-menu exists in hidden menu.
your menu this:
parent menu > sub menu
but url this:
www.website.com/sub-menu.html
your menu this:
parent menu > sub menu
but url this:
www.website.com/sub-menu.html
