Will a future Flash Builder 4.6 for PHP be part of Creative Cloud?

"flash builder 4.6 premium" 1 of applications available adobe creative cloud. notice existence of "flash builder 4.5 php" , not part of creative cloud.

 

1. future release of "flash builder 4.6 php" part of creative cloud?

 

2. if so, there idea of when? read somewhere adobe alternating releases.

 

3. if not or if not available soon, take now, if possible, make "flash builder 4.6 premium" edition have features of "flash builder 4.5 php" -- e.g., eclipse plugins, etc.?
