Unapproved Admin Password Change - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi

apologies if in wrong place having trouble accessing office of joomla site i'm admin for.

i did not create or set website have volunteered recently. provided log in details committee members require website, , worked fine until week or ago.

i have not tried changing of login details site, nor has else has access information (to knowledge).

is there way of resetting or getting information changed can log in again please?

any appreciated.

well check password settings in configuration.php file located in file manager of cpanel in public.html folder. however, if change password , username in here have change password , admin in phpmyadmin.
