Calling a Web Service

i had posted question never received reply. i'm trying again because issue has come again. here goes...

 

my agency has published lengthy document showing spanish terms next english terms commonly used words in our documents. working thru exercises , saw 1 web service translation of words many languages. more efficient using.

 

i created data connection execute button fails connect web service (the remote server returned error: (404) not found.) , error message web service this:

 

this xml file not appear have style information associated it. document tree shown below.

 

i don't know means or doing wrong?

i think might problem webservice, if type http://www.webservicex.net/translateservice.asmx?op=translate browser , try same problem.
