as i'm complete noob when comes flash, appreciate one.
for 1 of clients, have made flash video using adobe encore cs5.5 (i'm using cs6). made dvd menus would, time, exported flash site, preferred on hardcopy on dvd/blu-ray.
the goal play flash video in 150 paydesk terminals, running on win xp , on win 7.
flash player 10.3.181.34 installed on terminals, no active x plug-in.
the video codecs standard windows, flash 9 included.
the video streamed server of network administrator.
the terminals not connected internet, internal network.
as understand, able play flash file, @ least flash player 11 needed.
so @ moment, client can't play file on of these terminals.
they asked me make flash video compatible systems, told , them, i'm complete noob when in comes down flash.
so question is:
is there way achieve downgrade of file flash 9?
or suggest other workaround?
if needed, can provide additional info on clients system.

so opened in web browser? , browser using pluggin ver 10.3 something?

the player version set when published encore. publish lower version.
i exported flash site
so there flash <object> embedded web page?
if can't re-publish encode, try editing swfversion / player version directly in html code.... post code if don't know how/where.
but better re-publish directly encore, targeting lower version.
