i went through process of downloading of cs6 products cloud, ran problem premier pro family. application manager displayed yellow triangle exclamation point in next premier pro icon when installation process complete , said of products not installed correctly. checked list of installed programs , saw media encoder there encore , premier pro both missing. went through faq , found thread indicated should go order history on-line , download product again. when did happened application manager popped again. clicked on premier pro , found download link not live more. entry next premier pro family icon indicated had downloaded , installed it. not able reattempt download , install procedure, not able find products on pc. of other product downloads , installations seemed go okay, i'm locked out getting encore , premier pro. remedies available situation? thank you.
try running cs cleaner tool, re-download , install.
