Thread: cdrom and hd no longer recognized after update in 10.04

after running update in 10.04 installation, both cdrom drives not recognized anymore , won't open when push eject button. also, 2tb storage drive not recognized longer , computer won't boot if drive plugged in... 1 have ideas? worked fine before...

any takers?
