Extension for Database entry - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello peeps,

i wondering if there extension joomla 2.5 useful following task:

i running website contest, , wondering if there extension can use create form (in php or this) users able introduce information teams , saved in custom table in database. simple that, few custom fields fulfill , registered in database whenever submit them.
