i have created form, sent myself via email, filled out , submitted it, recieved it, , added responses file ... successfully. however, when email distributed document associate, fills out , submits it, never comes email. i'm missing something. suggestions?

you need find out happens on end when clicks submit button. sounds it's set submit via email, correct?
