my sister going marry , have couple of videos show in wedding, in plan, end video of me talking using format:
i know how make effect, drawing line @ same time finger moves ( mean, not appear moving till end of screen).
i found 1 guy in youtube told me how it, don't understand, have video that. told me:
'draw rectangle more length height, apply 1 effect allows put 4 colors in rectangle (i don't remember name, 'four' something) duplicate layer , in second apply little bit of blur , done"
can make me dumb tutorial?!

you can create line using shape layer animated gradient fill, or shape layer fractal noise applied , colorama, or . .. or. .
the other technique, appearing text , images, nothing more animating position , masking. track matte easiest.
the rest keyframing. there's nothing complex enough in sample video require tracking. little glow or duplicated layers blur , blend mode combinations.
if have no clue these suggestions try starting @ basics learn keyframing , masking. figure how basic elements works, report back, , i'll point fractal noise / colorama example.
