Thread: Resize Window activation width?

ubuntu 10.04
ubuntu 11.04

when resizing window, activation width narrow.
mouse jitter makes hard put cursor in right place. it's ok in corner, along edges it's narrow.

i've looked around in ubuntu-tweak find setting , don't see anything.

know setting change can resize windows without cramping hand?
